Back Up forum

hey guys !!
i want ask if is it possible to make a back up with our registrations and our topics and threads on our forum, cause we want to create our forum in an our private server.
I know that cname services keep us connected with you. Am I right ? We wouldn't do this ... we need our place with our rules.
can you tell me plz if is it possible ?

there is no way to have a back-up from forumotion ? Even if we pay for this ? You are telling then that we are jailed on forumotions server .. right ?

To back up a forum, access the utilities:
https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

there is choise to take a back up ? i can find only to run a back up .. not to take .. :S

That's not possible, the only way is through the utilities.

i missing something how can i restore from back up if i can't create a back up ? i can't find section CREATE

We only gave the option to users to restore their forum.

can we pay to have a copy from our database ?

I''m an administrator and i did a back up to my forum a few hours before but i can't access the admin panel

Is it still happening? or you would have to retrieve your password from the Admins/Gmod. Click on my sig that says 'Lost Founder password' and follow further instructions.
