how to add rank icon besides name (forumotion)

can anybody tell me how to add like below the rank icon show but in my forum it dont show only the name plz tell me if it has a code i will add... thx--

Ah I see you stumbled upon my forum.

Using the code the previous poster posted, you change the viewprofile&u=1

Change 1 to anything.

It automatically does that. Do not worry, nothing has affected your avatar and it will look fine on your page .
