Navigate to last post when entering a topic

Hi, can you tell me where in the administration panel is the option for the user to go to last post of a topic when he enters a topic?

Until now, when a user hits a topic title it directs him to the last page but not at the last post so he must always scroll in order to find the last post of the topic.

I don't understand the problem, so the problem is he is only directed to the 1st post when he clicks a topic or he is directed on the last post?

The same problem started for me a day ago, too. Now, if you click on a thread in the Recent Topics, it takes you to the top of the last page of the thread. It used to take you to the most recent post.

There is no option for it. The only way that it'll automatically take you to the last post is when you click on the topic when you are inside of the forum that the topic is in. It'll only direct you to the first page of the topic when you click the link from the index.
