Can't Log In and AC Panel Gone

I have tried to log onto my forum and it tells me my username and/or password is incorrect.

I went to the utilities and tried to enter that way but it won't let me.

I used the yoururlhere/admin and nothing.

I switched browsers and still am having problems.

I can log under a member name but not as admin.

I have another admin and her AC panel is also gone.

She tried yoururlhere/admin and this was what she got.....You Are not allowed to administer this forum.

So it seems like the password is incorrect on your founding account.
Request a new password from MrMario or Luky (Typlo is away from the office atm) via this thread : https://help.forumotion.com/t42285-for-founders-who-lost-their-passwords

Thanks Darren1. I have my email saved when I created the forum. I know my password is correct. I was in the utilities a few hours before hand.

I have 9000+ members and am very nervous that I can't log in to my forum as Admin or access my control panel.

Seems strange that the other admin has no AC Panel either.
