I Have Downloaded A Free v bulliten theme...but its not uploading in forumotion...can any one help

No there is no way to upload a vbulletin theme to forumotion.
All you can do is try to copy the appearances the best you can.

Unfortunately, forumotion doesn't do theme r3equests, but have you looked on www.hitskins.com?
