Domain help Empty Domain help

I had a domain name from forumotion then i guess i missed re-uping it a couple weeks ago. I went to add credits to my account and then buy the domain name again and it says that my domain has been taken. although when i go to the old domain name it isnt taken. is there anyway to get my old name back.thanks for the help!
