Profile staying question?

So, I added a warning bar to peoples profiles, and I noticed every user has it on their profile without even saying "yes" for putting it on their profile.

Now, I want to put 2 more skills, like contests joined, contests won that comes up without anyone doing anything....but it doesnt.....it just comes up if they put it in...

How do I make everyone see it without going to profile, and plugging it in .

the profile field wont show if they are empty..
try go to the profile fields - edit the one u want - scroll down - Click "Replace The content" this will add it to all users.
