Solved Link in Forum/Category

Ok, i would like to make a link in my forum/category. I want it so when you click on the category, it transfers you to a new place. Like i have Pivetworld.com and i want it so when you click on the graphics section it redirects you to PWGraphics.tk. Is there any way i can do that?
