Decide wich groups can access the forum while its "under construction"

First topic message reminder :

Hello.

Nowadays, when we set the forum into "under construction" mode, only Admins can login...

I suggest to change that...and that the Admin could set wich groups could log in into the forum while its in "under construction" mode.

I think this is an amazing idea but, I also think that the only privacy setting should just be administrators and moderators because they are most important to the forum. Smile

voted yes because it wouldn't hurt the people who only wanted admins to be able to go to the website as they would be able to select "only admins"
