Users do not see +/- REP buttons.

Hello all,

Today I found out that some of my Forum users can't see the +/- REP buttons on other user's posts. The strange thing is that me and an other MOD cán see the +/- buttons, but an other MOD can't. If anyone can help me with is, I would appreciate.
