Moving Sub-forums to top of Category page

When I click on a category, it shows the stickies and posts for that category at the top, with the subforums at the bottom. I would like to have the subforums at the top.

Is this somewhere in the Admin CP that I'm missing or a fix in the html?

Go admin panel(advanced) --> Display --> Homepage --> Structure and hierarchy

Then if you want categories all down each other take: Keep categories on index --> Medium

If you want them split: Split categories on index --> medium

Thanks Mozilla but that's not quite it. I'm happy with the way my forum index page looks, but I'm trying to change the structure of my forum and sub-forum pages.

Try to ignore the mess hahaha but this is my Admin Central Forum, which has several subforums. When viewing the Admin Central Forum, I want the subforums to be shown at the top, instead of being all the way at the bottom.

This may be skin specific but I'm having a hell of a time finding exactly how to fix this.

Yea unfortunately the "Structure and Hierarchy" page in the Admin CP seems to be unrelated to what I'm trying to do.

I'm looking around but having trouble figuring this out. I know XHTML and CSS well enough but have never dealt with code so confusing... and am not sure if I'm in the right place at all.

Hello again, hope ya'll dont mind the double post.

Been fooling around and I found that I could move the subforums to the top by switching to a different version of the forum (anything besides invision "works"). However, that options creates hours of work re-creating the theme.

Is there any other way?
