Move link on the footer

Would it be possible to move one of the links from the footer?
(phpbb3 version)

As far as I know it is forbidden to remove those links.
(We ask that you do not remove the copyright information and footer set up on your forums.)
However... what I want is to simply move the one from left (home) next to the other links.

Oh I don't think so because you would need to edit the templates
