Navagation Bar Roll-Over (Need Help Please)

My Forum, oyea.forumotion.com I am trying to get a roll-over navigation bar.
I have all the right images etc. etc.
But i do not know how to exactly do this.
I did look through the help sections/question sections of the forum, was not answered.

So if somebody could help, would be appreciated.

Do not double post. I know this maybe is stupid to ask, but, what is a rool-over thing? I'm a little bad at english so please explain what it is, so maybe I can help you.

I've waited a while for a reply, and nobody was doing anything to help.
So my post was going down and i needed it to bump so i can get this fixed.

A roll-over Navi-bar is when you have a Navagation Bar and when you hover your mouse over one of the hyperlinked buttons, it switches images.
I have the right images for this. But i do not know what to exactly do.

You need the css code for this.
