Solved Adding a Music Player on the Forum

Post by Banjo Sat Jul 10 2010, 11:34

Hi is it possible to add a Music Player on the forum as a widget? wherein i can just add a list of songs and members would just click on it to play...so it would look like the widget for "latest topics". I dont want a link to a music player site. I want the player in the forum. is it possible? thanks.

should i create an HTML for this?

it will add to your player on your mixpod playlist on your mixpod account. but the playlist for your mixpod on your widget on forum motion remains the same. which means every time you add music to your song list on your mixpod account, you need to copy the code again and replace the existing code on the widget.

Try this popup version of your player (icon included)
Code:
<center><a href="http://assets.mixpod.com/" onclick="window.open('http://assets.mixpod.com/swf/mp3/mixpod.swf?myid=60051085&path=2010/07/10&mycolor=222222&mycolor2=77ADD1&mycolor3=FFFFFF&autoplay=true&rand=0&f=4&vol=100&pat=0&grad=false','popup1','width=412,height=315,height=200,left=150,top=250,scrollbars=yes'); return false"><img src="http://i26.tinypic.com/e99r4m.jpg" border="0" alt="Music Player"><br>Playlist</a></center>
The player should continue to work after editing your songs.
