My background wont change

I have this new layout i like
and everthing works well except for my thank you notifications and my log in background are all white and i cant see anything





can anyone help me?

and also i want to change my chatbox background color

and i have already fixed the chatbox problem i just need to know what code to change my log in and thank you backgrounds
