need information - how to add a specific module

First of all "HI" I am new here.

We have a forum and I find it extremely cool and easy to manage as the admin panel is very user friendly.
So amazing!

My actuall question here is the following:

We have created our forum as a place where to gather our friends from our favorite game.
Our Legion requires a member application to be submitted and be approved and I wish to create such an Application form in a more cool and nice way then just a reply to a topic.

Is that possible?
Can You guide as to how can it be done?
Or can You guide to where to check and gather information?

1st - the application form turns out to be great with Jotform - really thank You -easy to use good codes etc.


What I need now is to create a button in the middle of a Sticky post
for example:

click on the button bellow and fill out the form

and I want the button to have an embedded link in it.

Is that possible?
