Error in Buckup

I did a backup to the 11-01 day, I did this to retrieve a template.

In this buckup I lost a lot of users and messages.

I try to make a second backup to retrieve messages and users,

But I do not get the date of today to Perform this recovery.


I need help with this, I do not want to lose those users and messages.

Backups points are made at regular intervals, which in case is after every 2 days.
