Copyright infringement warning

Hi, Im just posting here for some tips really.

Ive had a few reports on my forums about copyright infringement, My forums is just for a Guild/ Clan in an mmorpg called MapleStory. Now I dont know if these claims of copyright infringement are infact serious or if some one that has taking a disliking to me is just messing around.

I do not intend to make problems for others, and the only content im using on these forums that are not my own are images from monsters in the game. Every single forum related to this mmoprg will have the same problem as me, we all use images from ingame monsters and such.

Can my forums be closed for this? Or is there anything I can add to my forums to state im not benefiting from copyrighted materials?

These reports aren't readable by Forumotion. These are reports just sent to the admins. If you think there is something wrong find out in your forum and move the report to done. Then move on.

No its bee around since November 09, but I received the first copyright warning in june and the second lastnight.

I was just wondering if my forum would be banned thats all, and if there was anything I could do to avoid the whole copyright trouble.

The skin is from hitskin but most of the work is my own on there.

(sorry for the double post earlier) And to MrMario if the abuses are only reported to the admin on my forums then there is no problem. I guess this is solved so thank you for your help it was much appreciated.
