How do you create this READ?

I need help creating a new type of member like there is guest , member , moderator , administrator , i need to add a type of member that will only be given automatically after paying and how would i do this and how would i add a gift diamond feature which will appear on everyones profile and people can gift them diamond for $5.49 a month this will also all them to color there usernames can some help me do this plz

You would need to do that manually and create a new group for that
