Solved OnlineGuardian

Post by Christaras_512 on January 14th 2011, 3:22 pm

I would like to know if the onlineguardian protect all of forumotion sites.
If it controls all the sites, I would like to know if I can take off my site from controlling by onlineguardian.
Finally, I would like to know if I can post many links from file hosters sites such as megaupload and rapidshare without the danger to ban my site the onlinegurdian.

Hello !

1/ Online Guardian might check any forum, and you cant ask to get your site out of a control since Online Guardian is there to ensure that Terms Of Service are not violated.

2/ You can post as many links as u wish if content is legal.

I'm not so sure that I can post links from megaupload and rapidshare on my forum safely.

You wont get a warn because you post links to MegaUpload.

You will get warned if link enables to download copyrighted stuff.
if stuff downloaded is not copyrighted, links are legal.

Example : Take your car and go over a traffic light. You can do it safely.
if traffic light is green, everything is ok. But you'll get a fine if light was red.
