making my forum load faster? Empty making my forum load faster?

how can i make my forum load faster, like "help.forumotion.com" it loads very fast on my computer. I already cleaned the CSS of my forum and all the codes, I also cleaned images and lessen codes. Is there any more way to make it load faster?
