When attaching files to a post I had a customized appearance for the attachment box which was featured in a Tuesday tip some time ago. Last evening I noticed the appearance was back to default. I searched for the Tuesday tip on how to change it back but was unable to locate it. I also performed a restore of the forum but, that did not revert the attachment box back to the custom. The below image is how it now appears.
