Icons in forum usernames.

Hello guys,

I would like to know how to design a forum username like this?



I know how to put a image, but i can't put two image together.Maybe they use float text css code am i right? does anyone know whats the use of this float image css code?

Code:

    float: left;
    margin: 4px;
}
img.floatRight {
    float: right;
    margin: 4px;
}
