Solved One of mu users has deleted themselves?

One of my users has deleted themselves as I received an email letting me know.

I have the 'allow members to unsubsribe' set to 'no' so how can they do this?

Could someone help please as I don't want my users to be deleting themselves whether they want want to leave or not.
