Go to the widget management // find news // click and drag // save

then go to modify on the news // pick the forum // save

Other than this I'm not sure how to make it fully detail as I wrote it out in my other post. :s

Modules Tab // Widget Management // Find News and click and drag to where you want it // Click save // Click the Modify Button // Click the drop down button // Find the section you want // Save
