topic and forum icons do not have color/do not renew/Remarks under topics not shown

The icons of my forum are always gray........
They dont have the color of the forum skin icons and do not renew (ex someone writes a new topic)
The new topic icon does appear......
I went to display-pictures and colors-pics management- advanced i see them in color.....
Also symbols remarks under topics are not visible
