Forumotion Affiliate image and code

I wanted to have an affiliate to Forumotion.
The default affiliate banner is bigger than the standard 88x31.
So it looked out of place with all the others on my forum.
So I made this one from Forumotions banner.
Just thought I'd post it for any who might want to use it.
