Review Section | Deferred Tagging (or Deferred Icon)

The suggestion is the deferred tagging. The deferred tagging indicates a forum that comes close to qualifying and has made a reasonable effort to follow our instructions. Instead of immediately locking of topics, these requests will usually include a reply stating to come back when you have met the requirements, and you will be given an official review when your site qualifies. But it will also depends on the format given by the review requester and its not exactly followed the quick guidelines and there is just a little bit changes needed

I still don't get what you're trying to suggest.

He's saying we shouldn't lock the topics right away but to put up an icon that means finish layout of the review.

I think it works right the way it is now. If the person who wants a review really wants one they would fill out the form right the first time. If we don't have people who fill the form out and keep the topic open the section would be a mess. I like to see it clean/move the thing that are done and don't follow the rules out of the viewers view.

I agree with MrMario, Rules are in front of them and the members should follow it, requests that are not following the guidelines will still be automatically refused because as I'd mentioned, the rules are already in front of them when they view the review section.
