Solved Categories display

Could it be the template I chose?

None of my Categories are displayed. The forums under them are indented to show they are part of a category, but all the forums are indented as they each part of a forum (except for the Club Members Only).

I'd like to display the Categories with each of its forums indented underneath, but It's a not a make-or-break issue. I was just wondering if some templates do that. I couldn't find anything anywhere in Config or Display. I have the ST Black Grey by Josh.

If it's not the template, how do I get Categories to display?

EDIT:

I moved a Category and now the forums underneath are not indented, but the Category still does not display.

Got it:

ACP>Display>Structure and Hierarchy

Select "Split Categories on Index" - None
