using bar for custom profile field

The default is blue on my forum but here I noticed its green.
How do I change the color of the bar from blue to green like it is here ?

for the warning level the bar is green here. on my forum when making a custom profile field using a bar it defaults to blue , so how do I change the bar color to green like it is here ? Will I need to upload m own image or is there a list that I can choose from ?
