Trying to DELETE my forum - help Empty Trying to DELETE my forum - help

I go to the DELETE forum part - enter in the word DELETE - it says to wait for an email to finish the deletion process- but it won't send me the email.

Help!

Try to do the process again. If that doesn't work, you will need to contact Typlo by PM* and ask him if he will do it.

Hi,

Check your spam/junk folder, it may take up to 15 minutes to be received.
Also, if you have a specific folder setting, check that folder Wink

You have to go to the email account that you created the forum with. it dont matter if you changed your email in your profile it is still only going to go to the email the forum was created with.. so just check in that account and it should be there. if you no longer have access to the email account then you will have to contact typlo to delete the forum.

Update the email address provided here, and then re-submit the deletion request Smile

Well, to be honest, he doesn't really reply to PM's, usually most of his PM's are about password issues, so he responds via email - as the password update protocol is.

He should be online in a few hours, so I'd guess, if you get a reply, it would be in the proceeding 24hrs.
If you haven't got a reply, or your forums still present in 24 hrs, simply send another PM.

Wait a minute, are you the founder of the forum you are trying to delete. If you are, you should have access to the Utilities Tool.

I changed my email that Darren 1 suggested and went to DELETE again - and still no email... no help from Typlo either...???

May I remind you that double/triple posting isn't tolerated unless separated by 24 hours (Use the edit button) Wink

Typlo can't give you a help immideatly, he does most of the works so please be patient. Pm him about your issue, every 72 hours if your problem isn't resolved.

well even if you changed your email and the email account that the forum was created with is no longer active. you can only log into utilities with the original email address and pass the forum was created with.. and it will let you log in regardless of if the original email is still active or not.

Anyway you have to give typlo time to receive any messages. i believe he takes them all in the order he receives them.. if you do not hear from him within 72 hours, then try to send another message and post here and i can send it to his office to better help take care of the matter.
He will get to it but you have to try to be patient because he has a lot on his plate to deal with each day, everything from passwords to litigation,domains and all other things he is in charge of and only he can do.
