Solved No Favicon

Post by TheGuppyKeeper on January 29th 2011, 11:09 pm

SOLVED
I searched for an answer but I couldn't find any...

I don't want a favicon for my site, how would you do it? By "no favicon", I mean I want the blank page icon. If I don't choose a favicon on the ACP, it just shows the green speech bubble.

And I tried having the favicon of the blank page, but the icon gets "distorted" o.O Help?

I think you can get the blank image thing & add it as a favicon, that should sort it.

uhh.. i am guessing that you could let the favicon image field empty or link to the image by getting it from the browser you want.......

but you should better use one .. it makes your site, nicer a bit

I tried that but then it looked really odd... because there was no space between the words on the tab and the tab side... o.O

And Killer, I said that if you leave it empty, the default favicon would show up (the green speech bubble). And I said I didn't want a specific image (just the blank white page image... a.k.a. the favicon that shows up on a site if you don't have one).

So add the same pic as a image, it should sort it. Don't really see a problem then.
