Hacked

Hello.
I have a serious problem.
I was hacked mail, a hacker using the recalled meile data to the master account administrator on the forum and then went into the account and deleted the whole forum.
It was one of the largest forum in its subject matter ...
Counted for 18,000 users, and 3x more themes.
The forum put their own money and time.
My question is whether it can somehow recover the losses?

To recover the losses, you can try restoring your forum by using the Forum Utilities. You will need to use your founding credentials or in other terms, the email address and password you used to create your forum.

Unfortunately, the hacker set up a new forum on my meil and after logging in utilities to the panel pops up a new forum, is there another way to recover the losses?
