Members private messages not abled, help ...

Please help, I've had this issue for quite sometime. Though I've gone thru all usernames, profiles and user ranks, members keep trying to pm me and they get a message that says: "You havent reached the post limit for sending private messages."

A moderator of mine got discouraged and left my site, now we have contests running and winners are suppose to pm their address info., but they can't.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

In ACP>>General>>Messages and E-mails>>Private messages..Enable private messaging and set the Minimum posts before sending private messages...and save



Also in your personal Profile>>preferences set to allow members to send you private messages
