Have a new forum: http://greeninfrastructure.forumotion.com/

looks/works beautifully when viewed with firefox browser but everyone trying to view it in internet explorer has the following problems:

1. only displays half of home page, and only first topic
2. when they click the first topic is goes to the right page but can only "jump" to other forums, not see whole index at once.
3. does not let them post replies correctly

Have checked all settings, including heirarchies, and it seems ok. Since everything is working great in firefox assuming it is IE problem. Any solutions out there? Thanks!!!

I just looked at your site, and I'm surprised that people using IE7 could see your homepage at all. It looked strange with IE8 (mainly due to your use of CSS3 which Internet Explorer doesn't support), but everything seemed to work. The biggest issue you have is your use of margins and relative positioning to place elements where you wanted them. That's going to cause problems with Internet Explorer, and in the case of negative margins, with Chrome as well.

You have a choice, and it depends on how important your members using Internet Explorer are to you. If they're not that important, do nothing and just let them go elsewhere. If they're important, then you have a lot of work ahead of you, because you're basically going to need to rewrite your CSS to get your site to work properly with Internet Explorer.

Use this site to help you along: http://ipinfo.info/netrenderer/index.php

Good luck!
