Changing the FM footer links
Hello, is there any way to legally remove the "Free forum" links from the bottom/footer of our forum? If we buy credits and pay to remove advertising, will those links also be removed? Since well, it is no longer a "free forum", but a paid premium service.

Shouldn't be called free though. Makes it look like some random forum someone can set up in minutes, when in fact we're paying for premium services with it. Wish that policy would change.

Re: Changing the FM footer links
Thank you for the link. According to that thread seems like we're in fact allowed to edit the footer, as long as we keep the links to forumotion and phpbb. So changing it from Free Forum to Powered by Forumotion would be accepted, as it has with other websites. Now the issue may be just how to do that with phpbb3 since we don't have direct access to the templates...Nomee wrote:As Sanket said you are not allowed to do so according to FM TOS & if you do, you loose your forum

I would like to remind again. Its not allowed as directed by Typlo to us. So you are editing the footer at your own risk of getting your forum deleted for such a reason.
