You should contact Typlo to see whats going on.

Typlo is a busy person and he only comes on during the weekdays. You may need to resend your private message as it could be lost.

did you force the URL in ACP to go to the Personalized domain ?

In ACP>>General>>Forum address>>Personalized Domain name

rather there came no e-mail

Then how were you told you got a free domain name?

as the hold up might be because they are waiting to be paid for the domain
