control panel in navbar

i created a control panel widget using THIS link and i was wondering if i can attach it to the navbar in a drop down instead of having it on the main page?

Im not sure if the answer is yes or no. However I got around needing to know by creating a whole new drop down menu and added options which were in the control panel, I also incorporated a full forum list too which is useful

I think it works pretty well - you can see it here

I used some software which is specially for making menus..I'm not sure if I can post the link or not? But if you google its description, you'll find it 'feature rich menu system letting you create a cross-browser, fast-loading web interface of any complexity and appearance'
Its really easy to do and there are some pretty nice templates to pick from, or you can make your own from scratch.
