html problem

Hey, I don't know if this is in the right spot but, i made an HTML page and i wanted it as my homepage...and it says i need to do something on here...how would i do this as i'm very confused. help will be appreciated

As far as I know the only thing it asks you do do when you set an HTML page as the homepage is 'If you check yes, you have to insert a link to forumotion.com'

So you need to add a link to this address https://www.forumotion.com/ on your page

On the normal forum pages the link is on the footer - so I would expect thats the best place to add it

Right and what that will do is just change your over all link to a home page in a dot com scene.. so dont be side tracked when you hit your index it still goes to your forum page.. it can be a lil confusing at first.. but what you do is when ever you share or promote your link you use the html page link that you have made your home page.. and be sure to always have a link leading to the rest of your forum of that page as well
