Avatars gone missing & forum very slow Empty Avatars gone missing & forum very slow

A lot of my members avatars have disappeared and now the X is in its place. When i browse the member list, I just get white blanks.

It's also taking 2 minutes to load a page.

About the avatar issue, maybe it's just the connection interrupting to load the images that's why this issue is appearing.
