Name Change Empty Name Change

A member on my forum keeps on changing his name without any admins helpign him, he has no access to the Admin Panel.

How is he doign this?
How do i stop it?

In ACP>>Users & Groups>>Users options ...User settings..... allow users to change their username...NO Smile
