Question about rights and abuse.
if my forum is domain can it be deleted?
and if i take images from other sites (there is no evidence on copyright for those images) and place them in mine with a few edits (without claiming it's mine) does it count as a Copyright infringment???
if it does, how can i prevent myself from this embarrassing situation
--- All the best!

Re: Question about rights and abuse.
Hi, your title not being specific and therefore not facilitating research via the search option, I'm not answering (nor is any other member ) until you change your title to a more specific one, related to your problem
Why do we ask explicit titles?:
Why do we ask explicit titles?:
The forum's search engine bases its research on keywords found in topic titles.
When you do a research, do you use "help", "urgent", "problem", "SOS" or "question" as keywords to look for topics about your problem/question?
Certainly not! So this is why it is important to use titles related to your problem/question. Doing this makes the researches much easier for visitors who use the search engine to get an answer to their question.
Thanks for your understanding.
Cordially

Re: Question about rights and abuse.
I can't understand your 1st question about the domain name.
For the 2nd question, I would advice you not to steal images from other forums, once you did that and the owner of those images claims it and reports your forum with evidences that it's copyrighted by him/her, you can't do anything about it, you forum might face consequences such as the deletion of that forum, and because there are lots of images/icons you can find on the net, you cam also look through our graphics gallery where you can get some images for your forum.

Re: Question about rights and abuse.
If your forum breaking the Terms of Service yet they can delete/ban your forum with a domain name. They wouldn't ban/delete your forum if the report is not bad to where it needs to be deleted/ban. They will file a warning and after the warning they will review the forum and see if you did remove or take action to something that is breaking the Terms of Service. If you don't your forum might be deleted or banned.

Re: Question about rights and abuse.
Spamming is on the TOS, so if your forum just spams to increase activity, it may cause some consequences such as suspension of your forum, you can prevent spam by having a lot of staff/moderators to police the forum, in case you've been attacked by spammers/spam, just edit/delete their post.
