About IP Addresses

Hi,

I have a question regarding the IP addresses of members. Why is it that when I view some of the IP of members some of them will have similar IP to other members even though they are different people?

Like when I click the IP button in the post.. It will show the "Users posting from this IP Address" and will show like 5 different members. Like this...



I'm curious because what if I want to ban an IP of a violator but the violator has the same IP of an innocent member. Or say if I'm investigating a double account and checking out the IP and I see like 5 different members.

This happens mostly to my Singaporean and Filipino members.

It's because many people have dynamic IP Address' and everytime they get online and restart their rooter(modem) they get different IP address.
