Solved Can the Admin resend the activation email if new person did not recieve it?

I have just been informed that one of my new users registared but never revcieved the email??? Is there a way to go about resending it or will they have to re registar.....I read somewhere that you can registar with under the admin but did not understand how to do this. Thanks!
