Allow other usergroups in the ACP but edit what they can do

I think you should be able to make it so other usergroups can view the Administration Panel. I know you can do this by hiding the administrators group and adding the user to the hidden admins group while making another admins group, but I want it to be an official permission also so they can't overpower you if they are a moderator and you are an admin. I also think you should then be able to edit what the user can do in the ACP so they can't view certain stuff you don't want them to edit.

This idea has more features to it, though. It is also supposed to be an admin panel. My forums have the real admin rank as site owners, and another group we made called admins. I am a site owner, and I want the admins to be able to access the admin panel, but I want them to not be able to do certain things like editing the owner's profiles and that stuff.

They can be added to the already existing suggestion, Isn't it? Support the already existing threads for those to come true. Rather than making more & more related suggestions. This will split the votes amongst good suggestions.

Well, either way, I didn't see it in the suggestions list, so I didn't even know there was another forum before.
