Widget Back Ground Colour

I may be missing something obvious here, but i'm trying to change the background colour of the widgets I have active on my forum.

They currently show up as the same colour as some of my board but I cannot find where to change them, all I want to do is change it to black

To clarify the issue further. I have pointed out the parts id like to change the colour of in the picture attached.
