Chatbox looks distroted Empty Chatbox looks distroted

the chatbox to the bottom of my page the chatbox is distorted looking and you cannot read what was typed without extending it halfway down the page just to read the persons text. Is there something I am doing wrong?

You probably have the colors messed up that you can't see it.
Just re-edit the colors until you can see it. I suggest that you can put the chatbox on top, but it's your forum.
