Allow users to EDIT their own posts in the Announcement blogs

Hi all,

I'm sure we all know that were not allowed to double post, yea?

So I assume, it's only logical for Luky to allow us to edit our own posts in the announcement/blog section - Otherwise, we will, and forever will, contradict our own rules. hehe. Razz
