Web Easy Pro looks like one of those hosts where you buy the web page composing software and they supply the domain.

he can try Kompozer, its a little limited compared to Dreamweaver but FREE!!! and easy for beginners?

Yeah so try Kompozer.. or go with Adobe Dremweaver but thats some expensive stuff man,
