Hi,

Please check http://help.forumotion.com/t79157-transferring-your-domain-name-to-a-new-registrar-host to make sure your domain name can be transferred. If so, provide me with the requested information in the topic.

Never post your email address, let alone real home address, in a public place such as a forum. The instructions clearly say to PM Typlo with the information. Wink

Still no email or any word from Typlo. Does it usually take this long to get a domain transfer to go through?

Solved Re: Domain transfer code

Not to try to intrude on this topic but, I am having the same problem. I have sent 3 pm's dating back to April 12th. The topic for changing says

6. Forumotion will then verify if your transfer request is legitimate (within 48-72 hours)

What's the deal? I don't believe we should have to keep sending the same request over and over.

Am I ever going to get my domain name transferred?
Ive been PMing Typlo every 3 days. Only during the weekdays.
I know the domain transfer rules by heart.
And still nothing after two and a half months.

Solved Re: Domain transfer code

Speaking for myself only and with all due respect to you, I am beginning to think the delay is intentional to prevent the loss of funds from advertising. It's the only logical explanation when a member who paid for a domain cannot use it in the manner he/she desires. I do understand being busy and not getting around to things in a timely manner sometimes. But, based on my research here on other topics and members with the same issue, it seems to be a routine pattern for delays when members ask to transfer their domains.

PS. Sanket.. I checked out your forum. Very cool html editor. Bookmarked it and will certainly use it. Thanks for that.

I agree with Tech. I have looked through dozens of domain transfer code threads and I have not seen one person confirm that their domain name transfer ever went through.

I'm beginning to think that I'm never going to get this transfer.
